Due to the nature of our items sold we do not accept returns. If you have received an incorrect order due to our error please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.  Item MUST be unused, unworn and unwashed in original packaging with tags attached to receive credit, replacement  or refund for an incorrect order

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you must return the items within 14 days. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

We will refund your original order amount, including standard outbound shipping, within 14 days of receiving the returned items. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exemptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery.
